The chat widget on this site is a scripted demonstration of the kind of assistant we build for clients — it is not a general-purpose AI system and its replies should not be relied on as professional advice. Pricing shown on this site is a starting point only; final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any necessary access or credentials required to deliver contracted services.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, custom deliverables built for a client become the client's property upon full payment. IntelliAgent retains rights to its own pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
